Support Services key features

  • Core Service – covering phone and email support, OEM warranty repair and optional cover for out-of-warranty equipment
  • Level 1 – includes Core Service features plus 5-day repairs turnaround and a printer maintenance cleaning kit per machine
  • Level 2 – includes all Level 1 features plus options to add ‘hot swap’ facility on printers and return shipping at no cost
  • Level 3 – includes all Level 2 features and options as standard, excluding out-of-warranty equipment cover
  • Platinum Service – a fully featured service with several additional options allowing service customization, for instance, on-site spare machinery or preventative maintenance options.
