Not only does Computype excel at producing barcode labels, but we’ve also developed extensive expertise in applying those labels. Many of our customers simply want to purchase their parts already labeled, concentrate on their primary business, and avoid trying to become labeling experts. We have developed automation that allows us to apply, or print-and-apply, barcode labels to a variety of items, including slides, hang tags, and glass vials. We’ve applied large retro-reflective labels to aluminum warehouse signage; we’ve labeled thousands of microwell plates with strict adherence to sequential integrity; we’ve placed and heat-cured a ceramic label on a glass slide for lifelong secure identification.
