COVID-19 Computype Response
At Computype, we’re committed to keeping our employees safe and healthy so we can support our customers and suppliers in these unprecedented times. A number of steps have already been taken to support our team, business partners and customers. In an effort to help our team members in this difficult time, we’re extending benefits and ensuring their safety with more rigorous cleaning procedures within our facilities.

Our Customer Experience
Computype has strong relationships with many research, diagnostic and pharma organizations worldwide; the same companies that are working strenuously to develop tests & treatments for COVID-19. We want those organizations to know that we are here, and will do everything in our power to continue supplying the identification solutions they rely on to perform effective and accurate research.
With full manufacturing capabilities in both the United States and the United Kingdom, we have a contingency plan to receive regular supply of product throughout the crisis.
We are communicating with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and are closely monitoring the rapidly changing situation for signs of supply disruption. To date, we have not experienced any significant supply disruption.
We are doing our best to monitor and react to local and national updates on the crisis, so we can keep our team members in Europe and North America informed and safe.
Our administrative team is working remotely where possible. We have suspended all business travel and are requiring self-quarantine following any personal travel.
We are updating benefits statements in order to ensure that any Computype team member either directly or indirectly impacted by the virus has fair and equitable options available to them.
In both our United States and United Kingdom facilities, increased safety and sanitation procedures have been implemented. We added cleaning stations throughout our manufacturing floors and are sanitizing high touch objects and surfaces between jobs and shifts.
We have taken measures to allow for social distancing, moving equipment and work spaces into creative new areas.
The Computype global leadership team meets daily to implement any necessary local or global changes in COVID-19 preparedness, assess the health and welfare of our associates and address any customer or supply chain concerns. Our thoughts are with the impacted individuals and the leaders working hard to resolve this situation.
